The NACS FingerSmear (National Association of Convinience Stores) was huge! We had a team of 5 to serve a crowd of 20,000. The FingerSmear was staged in the registration area and guests watched the piece develop over four days. Our client wanted to capture a bit of nostalgia from the early days of the convenience store. Both canvases were auctioned off to benefit The Yates Foundation. Each piece was personalized for the high bidders, Jack Links and Lavigne Oil Company.
