Commission a customized pet portrait of your furry friend and be part of the fun. Collaborate with Kelly to develop their alternative character and own the original painting. This collection of dog paintings is being developed into a coffee table book complete with puppy prose written by Kelly. These commissions are available through 2026 as she works to complete the series. Preference is giving to breeds/characters not yet painted in the series. This is a special opportunity to participate in a bit of silliness that takes you through the creative process from start to finish.

Vignette Oil Portrait
11” x 14” $4000
A vignette portrait is an oil sketch of offers a more spontaneous feel, with details in the facial features and a loose finish in all other surrounding elements. They offer movement and capture the sweetness of a facial gesture.
Head and Shoulders
20” x 24” $12,000
A fully refined oil portrait that includes the head and upper chest, with relatively simple background, keeping the focus on the sitter.
Full Figure, Complex backgrounds, Multiple Figures, etc.
Approximately 48” x 32” and up. $18,000 – $40,000
A portrait that goes beyond the look and character of a sitter to include narrative elements in the background, a full figure gesture, or multiple people in one portrait. A very personal and customized experience.

Whatever the reason, this is a special way to make your memories last in full color. After sharing some thoughts about your special place, Kelly goes on location to create a variety of small oil sketches influenced by her artistic sense of composition and color. Together you view the series of sketches to choose the inspiration for your larger commissioned painting. You are updated throughout the process, which is fun and inspiring from beginning to end.
